Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Lucie Pernet specializes in urban planning and public real estate law.
She assists and represents public entities and private operators (real estate companies, developers) in the development, implementation and litigation of complex projects (office buildings, commercial complexes, sports facilities, transport infrastructures, coliving residences) in urban planning and development matters.
She is involved in both regulatory (PLU, ZAC) and operational issues: urban planning authorizations, commercial planning and, more generally, all administrative authorizations required for real estate projects (ERP/IGH regulations, “activities” approval, change of use, etc.), and public information and participation procedures (environmental assessment, consultation, public inquiry). She also assists clients with issues relating to public property and land management (expropriation, pre-emption).
She has also developed a strong litigation practice in urban planning, commercial planning and land management, before both administrative and judicial jurisdictions.
